Roberto C. Rondero de Mosier (you can call him “R.C.”) is a trusted advisor, mentor and coach to leaders of  high-growth businesses and entrepreneurs.

Prior to opening up his consulting practice, R.C. served as a Director and Vice President for two different post series B startups as well as Chief Operations Officer & General Counsel of a seed stage legal tech startup which was acquired. Before that, R.C. built and successfully scaled a startup law focused law firm that was acquired. He remained at the acquiring firm for a time where he scaled their growth as well before moving into operations and management focused roles.

Prior to entering the legal profession, R.C. graduated from Stanford University in Palo Alto and entered the booming start-up sector, where he helped develop a small company into a cross promotional events and sports marketing business. He later went on to recruit and develop sales managers across the United States for one of the largest business to business sales companies in the world.

Throughout the years, R.C. delved into the world of operations and business management and sought out best practices to implement. He gained additional certification through the Stanford Graduate School of Business through their business scaling program managed by the the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative (SLEI).

R.C. practices and preaches use of an empathetic leadership framework while also focusing on building cultures of accountability where performance can be measured, and issues can be identified and solutions can be found. He’s always eager to meet new people and understand each business’ unique needs.
